Refund Policy – Kernow Kids Sports

At Kernow Kids Sports, we aim to provide fair and clear booking terms for all parents and guardians. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following refund policy.

1. General Booking Policy

All bookings for classes, coaching sessions, camps, holiday clubs, events, and other activities are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Customer Cancellations
 

• More Than 48 Hours Before Booking Start Time
   

If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you may be eligible for:

- A full refund, or
- Transfer to another available session, or
- Account credit for future use

This will be offered at the discretion of Kernow Kids Sports.
 

• Within 48 Hours of Booking Start Time

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

This includes cancellations due to:

- Change of plans
- Forgotten bookings
- Non-attendance

• Cancellations of courses (block bookings)

- If you attend the first class of a course (block booking) and want to cancel the remaining classes you will not receive a refund or credit unless there is exceptional circumstances for cancelling communicated directly with Kernow Kids Sports.

3. No Shows

If a participant does not attend a booked session without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

 4. Cancellations by Kernow Kids Sports

If we need to cancel a session due to:

- Severe weather
- Venue issues
- Staff illness
- Low attendance numbers
- Health and safety concerns
- Other unforeseen circumstances

You will be offered one of the following:

- Full refund
- Credit note
- Transfer to another available session

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests outside this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Kernow Kids Sports. Supporting evidence may be requested where appropriate.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will usually be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
